Sienna Plantation Municipal Utility District No. 3 (the "District") encompasses approximately 1,229 acres of land within Sienna Plantation, a 10,500 acre master-planned community. The District is located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Missouri City and a small portion of the District is located in the corporate limits of the City of Missouri City.

Fire protection to residents of the District is provided by contract by the City of Missouri City Fire Department pursuant to a contract between the District and Missouri City. The District does not provide gas, electrical service or telecommunications services. Electric service is provided by CenterPoint Energy and natural gas by SiEnergy, L.P. and Entex, Inc. Telephone and cable services are provided by Entouch Systems, Inc.

Bikes

The District is located within Fort Bend Independent School District, which provides bus service to all students within its boundaries residing more than two miles from the school. Students residing in the District would attend the following schools: Scanlan Oaks and Sienna Crossing Elementary Schools, Baines Middle School, and Hightower and Elkins High Schools.
